Through personal interaction and a knowledge that one size doesn't fit all, we strive to provide relevant and practical web solutions for our customers. Below you'll find a list of our policies.

Pricing

Our pricing model includes three parts, listed below. Price ranges shown are typical figures, but could be lower or higher in your specific case. Ministries generally receive discounts of 25% or more.

  • Website/application setup - $3000 to $15,000
  • Subsequent development - $95 / hour
  • Service Plan (support, hosting, business class email, etc) - $49 to $500 / month

Payment schedule and terms

Generally, our terms are Net 7. For new projects with a setup estimate of $4000 or less, a 50% down payment is due to begin the project and the remaining 50% is due when the project requirements have been met. For larger projects, more than 2 payments are expected, spread throughout the duration of the project at key milestones.

Service Plan payment terms and suspension policies

Service Plan payment is due within 7 days of the beginning of the service period (generally a month or quarter).

If full payment is not rendered within 45 days from the beginning of the service period, the account will be considered delinquent and no support services will be rendered until full payment is received.

If full payment is not rendered within 60 days from the beginning of the service period, all Service Plan services (website hosting, email, etc) will be suspended until full payment is received.

Explanation: Our simple suspension policy prevents customers in troubled situations from continuing to incur debt and minimizes the cost of placing their account back in good standing when their financial footing is solid again.

Ownership

Aspen provides a service to our clients, and we retain rights to the technology, components, and design work produced for our clients unless otherwise negotiated. Clients retains rights to all the copy, photos, and design work they provide to us.

As such, clients have the open option to stop working with us at any time, but we can only promise to provide them with the copy, photos and design work they provided to us.

Project Cancellation

In the event of cancellation of all or any part of a project, Aspen has the right to retain any payments already made for the part or whole of the project. Clients also agree to reimberse Aspen for any expenses already incurred relating to the project. The standard ownership policy applies.
